What is the process for getting eyelash extensions applied?

A new set of eyelash extensions typically takes 2 hours. Clients are laying down cozy and comfortable with their eyes closed while their lash technician applies lash extension strands individually to each one of their natural lashes. It is pain free and very relaxing!

How long do eyelash extensions last?

Eyelash extensions will last for as long as you would like them too. There is maitenence involved with getting eyelash extensions, so if you would like to continue to wear your lash extensions you will need to come in for a touch up every 2-3 weeks. These appoinments usually range from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Do eyelash extensions ruin your own eyelashes?

One of the biggest misconceptions with lash extensions is that they ruin your own natural eyelashes. When lash extensions are applied correctly and properly they do not ruin your eyelashes. Eyelash extensions must be applied one to one, meaning one single extensions to one single natural hair. When applied a very minimal amount of adhesive should be used. Too much adhesive and more then one eyelash extensions attached to a natural lash will cause damage to the health of natural lashes.

Be sure not to rub or pull while wearing extensions because this can cause damage to your lashes.

Can you get eyelash extensions wet?

yes, you can absolutely get them wet! You will just want to be gentle when washing or swimming. Never let the shower head hit your lashes. Pooling up water in your hands to cleanse your eyes is the ideal way to wash.

How to care for your eyelash extensions?

Avoid oils and oily products, Avoid touching or pulling at your lash extensions. Be sure to brush and clean your lashes everyday.

Why do you need to come in for lash touch ups?

As your lashes grow and shed naturally, so will your extensions.  During a touch up we will remove outgrown lashes and replace them as well as replacing lost lash extensions.
